Refund & Return Policy – Medipaikari
At Medipaikari, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Note: Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Products without original packaging
- Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking
4. Return Shipping Cost
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the delivery charge
- If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind), the customer must pay the delivery charge
5. Exchange Policy
We allow product exchange under the same conditions as returns. Exchange depends on product availability.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
